Messages relate to your enquiry and may include appointment scheduling, call confirmations, follow-ups, and responses to your questions about our services.

You opt in by submitting your mobile number through our enquiry form and ticking the consent checkbox, which states that you agree to be contacted by Musketeers Tech by phone and SMS regarding your enquiry.

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

You may also opt in by replying START, YES, SUBSCRIBE, or UNSTOP to a message from us.

4.3 Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us. Messages are conversational and sent in response to, or in connection with, your enquiry.

4.4 Cost

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are levied by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Musketeers Tech does not charge for SMS messages.

4.5 How to opt out

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

To rejoin, reply START or submit a new enquiry with consent.

4.7 Supported carriers and carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Service may not be available on all carriers or in all areas.

Your mobile information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Telephone Communications

Where you have provided your telephone number and consented to be contacted, we may call you regarding your enquiry. You may ask us to stop calling at any time by informing us verbally, by replying STOP to a text, or by emailing info@musketeerstech.com, and we will honour that request.

6. Services, Proposals, and Quotations

Any prices, timelines, estimates, or scopes of work presented on our website or in preliminary communications are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer.

Services are provided only under a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work signed or accepted by both parties. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and such an agreement, the terms of the signed agreement will prevail in respect of the services covered.
