Challenge & Solution
The Challenge: Global Corp Holdings had a distributed leadership team across 12 countries. Video calls and screen-shared Excel sheets were inefficient for complex strategic planning. Misunderstandings were common, and the lack of a unified visual context led to disjointed regional strategies. They needed a shared persistent space to “see” the business together.
The Solution: We engineered CorpNav, a multiplayer strategy command center.
