Built on Unity’s high-performance DOTS architecture, it simulates rigorous micro-fulfillment center operations, allowing logistics companies to optimize layouts and train pickers in a unified VR and WebGL environment.

Challenge & Solution
The Challenge: Quick-commerce (Q-Commerce) relies on “Dark Stores”—supermarkets converted into high-speed warehouses. The sector faces razor-thin margins, extreme staff churn, and the logistical nightmare of mixing human pickers with automated robots. Physical retraining or layout restructuring causes unacceptable downtime.
The Solution: We engineered DarkStore Sim, a scalable logistics simulation platform.
