MallVerse achieved 20-minute average dwell times — nearly 7x the 3-minute average of traditional e-commerce — and processed over 12,000 phygital transactions bundling physical goods with digital twin collectibles.

Challenge & Solution
The Challenge: “Metaverse” retail projects historically suffer from two extremes: low-fidelity cartoon environments that fail to represent product quality, or photorealistic experiences that require expensive gaming PCs to run. Luxury and fashion brands demanded high-fidelity environments to showcase detailed products — watches, sneakers, jewelry — with the visual accuracy that purchase decisions require, but needed the experience accessible to the mass market through standard browsers and mobile devices. Global Retail Group needed a metaverse shopping platform that could deliver console-quality visuals universally, support real-time social interaction at scale, and integrate physical-digital (“phygital”) commerce workflows that bundle physical purchases with digital collectibles.
The Solution: Musketeers Tech engineered MallVerse as a cloud-rendered virtual mall powered by Unity HDRP and pixel streaming technology. The architecture renders heavy HDRP graphics — ray-traced lighting, physically accurate material reflections, volumetric fog — on cloud GPU servers and streams the video feed to the user’s browser or VR headset, eliminating hardware requirements entirely. Users experience 60 FPS photorealistic environments on smartphones, tablets, and laptops with zero installation. Every product in the virtual mall is a high-polygon 3D digital twin that users pick up, rotate, and inspect under variable lighting conditions. Purchasing the physical item unlocks a “Digital Twin” wearable for the user’s avatar, creating the phygital commerce loop that drove 12,000 bundled transactions.
