VaultSecure: VR & WebGL Crisis Simulation
VaultSecure is a first-of-its-kind “Crisis Twin” simulation designed to prepare financial institutions for high-stakes security scenarios. Leveraging the Unity engine and generative AI, it immerses staff in procedurally generated threat environments—from armed robberies to social engineering attacks—accessible via VR headsets for stress inoculation and WebGL browsers for protocol drills.
Stress Inoculation Training
Reading a manual about a bank robbery is very different from experiencing one. VaultSecure uses VR to simulate the adrenaline and physiological stress of a crisis, allowing staff to build the mental resilience needed to make life-saving decisions under fire.
Challenge & Solution
The Challenge: Bank security training is notoriously difficult. Role-playing with actors is expensive and lacks realism, while slideshows fail to prepare employees for the psychological pressure of a real threat. Banks needed a scalable way to train thousands of branch employees on complex “Run, Hide, Fight” protocols and conflict de-escalation without disrupting operations.
